Homesick Festival presents a series of performances that take place in private homes. Conceived by Michikazu Matsune and presented by das weisse haus, the Vienna 2022 edition is joined by Pablo Chiereghin, Luiza Furtado, Daniel Hafner, Anna Khodorkovskaya and Margot Pilz.
Upon booking, a pair of artists visit the homes of Vienna residents to perform in person, exploring the environment of private homes as a stage for unique encounters and shared experiences. Inspired by our background, history, everyday life, wishes and dreams, Homesick Festival offers opportunities to (re)connect with our experience of home, current location, life situation and our state of being.
