Hotel Continental – Art Space in Exile presents “ღ” (read: ghani), a total installation by Kazakhstani artist Anna Kin, exploring anticolonial language politics through sound, gesture, and suspended letterforms.

The project features multichannel videos of alphabets from different regions, exploring how language animates our emotional and somatic experience. Presented in low light, the installation invites visitors into a contemplative environment where themes of memory, language, and historical trauma are explored through sound, movement, and suspended forms.

Drawing on oral histories and first-hand accounts, the project translates personal experiences of diaspora into a broader cultural conversation.
